अपने सेटिंग में जाये और वहा सर्च करे Data usage जैसे ही अप्प सर्च करोगे आपके सामने data usage का आप्शन आजायेगा, आपको इसे ओपन करना है, वहा आपको काफी सारे एप्स दिखेगे, आप जिस किसी ऐप का बैकग्राउंड डाटा बन्ध करना चाहते हो उसपे टच करे, जिससे उसके सारे आप्शन आयेगे, वहा आपको बैकग्राउंड डाटा बन्ध करने का आप्शन मिल जायेगा, Background data ⎄ उसे आप बंद करदे

First Option

Go to your mobile settings

It will first have the option of search settings

You have to search by writing data usage. You will get the search result of data usage

You have to go inside the data usage. You will see a lot of apps

Go inside the app whose background data you want to turn off
You will see that app settings. Or you will get the option of background data  ⎄

Second option
You have to search by writing App. You will get the search result of App Settings, App Manager, etc..
You have to go inside the App Setting. You will see a lot of apps
Go inside the app whose background data you want to turn off
You will get the option of Restrict app background data ⎄
